Recent international arbitration online resources

Two recent publicly available online resources for international arbitration are offered:

  1. Developed by Shearman & Sterling and Columbia Law School in cooperation with UNCITRAL, New York Convention Guide (2013) provides access to case law from multiple jurisdictions on the application of the Convention by domestic courts and information on the ratification of the Convention by selected States.
  2. ICCA’s Guide to the Interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention: A Handbook for Judges (2014) is concisely written by prominent arbitrators and ICCA members, is aimed at judges deciding applications of the Convention and is of interest to students, teachers and practitioners.
